Ric has been serving his clients and their needs consistently, and at a higher level in the Chicago land area for more than a decade. He began his real estate career in '08 studying valuations, local markets, identifying trends, and submitting reports on price recommendations for national clients. Quickly he became Marketing Manager and having been involved in thousands of successful deals, he became an REO Coordinator and managed accounts for Fannie Mae, Freddy Mack, and other cooperate clients before successfully branching off into residential home sales exclusively, and winning the RHR Rookie of the Year award. Leverage his expert knowledge and experience with regular home sales, REO, First Time Home Buyers, finding the right property to rehab and flip, or long term investment properties.
